Stuart Harrison

Stuart Harrison is a Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, however with over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, fulfilling a variety of roles within different projects, Stuart has the experience to take a project from concept stage, through design development, planning, construction to completion and even fulfil any aftercare, service and maintenance requirements post-completion.
Previous projects include schemes involving housing, apartments, refurbishment, new build, student accommodation, residential, commercial, supermarkets, restaurant, fit-out and listed buildings.
Over the years Stuart has built up a number of strong relationships with a large supply chain including Sub-Contractors from all trades, Consultants from all disciplines and a trusted supplier database for all material needs, ensuring he can complete all projects within the set programme period and to budget.
Danny Johnson
Business Development Director
Danny has been involved in the construction industry for the past 15 years in both the development and contracting from smaller single refurbishments of exiting dwellings to new build schemes in various sectors. Over the years Danny fulfilled several roles within construction from permanent on-site project management and directorships to oversee full development schemes and their deliverability. As well as working as a developer he has worked in conjunction with clients, from the housing association to corporate landlords and end-users, being involved in the full vertical development operation from acquiring of the land, overseeing the planning process, contract negotiations, professional appointments, construction works to handover and sales legal process.
Having worked closely with Stuart Harrison on a number of schemes over the years and originally using the consultant services of Abrey Construction, Danny now works alongside Stuart delivering contracting projects, this allows for a close relationship with clients and allows Abrey to assist with the deliverability of these projects.

Quantity Surveyor
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Quantity Surveying, Final Accounts, Subcontracting, Commercial Management, and Cost Planning. Strong professional with a BSc (Hons) focused in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford.
Chris Boles
Project Manager
Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in sub-contract Management, design management and a strong operational background allows Chris to be at the forefront of any projects ensuring the deliverability of a specific scheme remains on programme.
Steph Cliff
Office Manager
Overseeing all aspects of general office administration, accountancy and secretarial roles within the business. Maintaining client, subcontractor and supplier databases ensuring all relevant information is up to date. Supporting role to commercial and operational teams as and when required.
Jack Duncan
Quantity Surveyor
Jack has recently relocated from Scotland to join the team , now working alongside Martin in the delivery of our Bastion Point scheme.Jack takes care of the commercial aspects of the project in relation to procurement of sub contractors and suppliers,valuations of work both from sub contractors and to our client , and ultimate cost control of the project.
Pete kehoe
Site Manager
Pete is a long standing Site Manager responsible for the day to day activities on our Manchester scheme. Peter will oversee the construction of this scheme from start to finish, working closely with Chris to monitor progress and manage sub contractors and suppliers on a daily basis.
